“Biraban and Threlkeld Finding the third Space”

thank you!

What a fantastic afternoon we had last Sunday, welcoming almost 90 people into the church for this film screening, co-hosted with other churches.

Filmmaker Glenn Dormand commented afterwards “there seemed to be a lot of love in the room – and really thoughtful questions as well”. He and his colleague Tony Whittaker were _extremely_ encouraged to see their film hosted and received so warmly by a Christian church.

Many many thanks to the Social Justice Team who got behind the idea, and the Care and Share Team who provided hospitality support. Many people contributed time, energy, goodwill, wonderful soup, and a warm and welcoming spirit. I was so proud of our congregation. Thank you all so much.
